An engaging and creative activity was conducted on Wednesday, 1st July, 2026, based on the theme “Newspaper Craft Innovation” The objective of this activity was to promote structural thinking, foster sustainability and drive collaborative innovation. Each student prepared an individual item aligned with the theme. Selected participants were invited to showcase their work, which promoted out-of-the-box thinking by working within strict material constraints (newspaper, glue and tape). The activity encouraged creative thinking, environmental awareness, and resourceful problem-solving in a fun and interactive way. Overall, the activity was a great success, inspiring students to understand the importance of caring for our planet. It helped them realise that paper has far greater potential than being merely an arts-and-crafts material and that the Earth is our home, and it is our responsibility to protect it.
