Earth Day
“The Earth does not belong to us; we belong to the Earth.” – Chief Seattle
Earth Day was observed with great enthusiasm by the young learners as they came together to celebrate the beauty of our planet and understand the importance of protecting it. The day aimed to nurture in children a sense of responsibility, care, and respect for the environment.
Students participated in engaging activities that highlighted the significance of conserving natural resources, reducing waste, and keeping the surroundings clean and green. Through storytelling, presentations, and hands-on tasks, the children learned simple yet impactful ways to contribute to a healthier planet—such as planting trees, saving water, and avoiding plastic.
The celebration served as a gentle reminder that even small actions can create big changes when practiced consistently. By encouraging awareness at a young age, Earth Day helped instill lifelong values of sustainability, respect for nature, and mindful living.
The day concluded with the message that every individual can make a difference, and together, we can create a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful world for all.
