“Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”                — Brené Brown.

'All About Me - Connection Circles’ activity began with a brief explanation aimed at students from grades III to V. Students took turns sharing their favourite hobby, aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses. This warm-up set the stage for a more meaningful exchange. As the activity progressed, the students sat in a circle, each given the opportunity to speak while the others listened attentively. The level of engagement was high throughout the session. Many students shared thoughtful and empathetic responses, demonstrating a strong sense of maturity for their age. Though some were initially hesitant to speak, they became more confident as the activity continued. This activity proved to be a powerful tool for fostering empathy, trust, and a sense of community within the classroom. By the end of the activity, students felt more connected to their peers and gained a deeper understanding of the value of cultivating positive relationships.

On Tuesday, 11 November 2025, MBS International School conducted a fun-filled and imaginative Nature Safari Activity for the students of Class I. The day was a delightful blend of creativity and nature exploration as the young learners used different shapes and sizes of leaves to create wonderful animal figures. Excited chatter and curious eyes filled the classrooms as children discovered how simple leaves could transform into lions, fish, birds, fox insects etc.

Each child carefully selected leaves of various textures and colors, arranging them on sheets to design their chosen animal. With guidance from their teachers, the little artists brought their ideas to life—some children crafted roaring jungle animals, while others made friendly farm creatures or vibrant insects. The activity beautifully showcased how nature can inspire imagination in countless ways.

A fun-filled  Bubble-Straw Painting activity was organized on Thursday, 13 November 2025 for class 2 students  to encourage creativity and hands-on learning. In this fun and colourful art activity, students created beautiful cards by blowing paint bubbles onto paper using straws. When students blew air through the straw, it mixed with the soapy paint to form colourful bubbles. These bubbles then burst on the paper, leaving behind vibrant and unique patterns.

Through this process, students did not only enjoyed experimenting with colours and patterns but  also understood the role of air in forming bubbles. The activity helped them observe how air occupies space and creates bubbles, linking art with a simple scientific concept.

This engaging activity encouraged students to express their imagination and artistic talent while learning about the importance of air in everyday phenomena. It also helped develop fine motor skills, colour sense, and creativity, making learning both enjoyable and meaningful.

Constellation dot to dot Activity was organised for the students of Class II at M.B.S. International School on 6 November 2025. The objective of this activity was to develop the concept of constellations and help them recognise basic star patterns through a fun and creative dot-to-dot drawing activity among students and to enhance their observation and fine motor skills. All students participated enthusiastically. They were curious to know how stars form
shapes in the night sky and eagerly shared their drawings with the class. Students were provided with constellation dot to dot picture showing patterns such as Ursa Major,Ursa Minor, Southern cross and Cassiopeia. They connected the dots to form the constellation and then coloured and labelled each constellation. The Constellation Dot-to-Dot Activity helped students learn basic astronomy concepts in an enjoyable and interactive way. Overall, the constellation dot to dot Activity was conducted successfully, and the students learned a lot from it.
