On 14 July 2025, MBS International School conducted an exciting and educational activity titled Splash and Sail" for the students of Nursery and Kindergarten, focusing on the theme of Water Transport. The session began with an interactive introduction to different modes of water transport such as boats, ships, submarines, and sailboats. Teachers used visual aids, models, and animated videos to help students recognize and understand how these vehicles move on or under water. To bring learning to life, a fun sink-and-float experiment was demonstrated, where children observed how different objects either float or sink in water. This simple activity helped them explore the basic properties of water and how certain materials are used to make watercraft. Students also participated in a creative craft session where they made paper boats and decorated cutouts of various water vehicles. A small water play setup allowed children to float their paper boats, adding an element of joy and engagement.
Throughout the session, the little learners were encouraged to name different water vehicles and share their experiences of boat rides This not only enhanced their vocabulary and communication skills but also sparked curiosity about life around water. The Splash and Sail activity successfully combined fun with learning, introducing the concept of water transport in an age-appropriate, hands-on, and imaginative manner. It left the children with a sense of excitement and a deeper appreciation for the different ways we travel across water.

On Friday, 8 July 2025, at MBS International School, our students embarked on a joyful journey of creativity through an engaging art activity titled “Tear and Paste Magic.” As part of our skill-building session, students participated in the enjoyable activity where nursery students were given an outline picture of the triangular cap and the kindergarten children were given the picture of a bunny. Using colorful origami sheets, students tore them into small pieces and carefully pasted them within the outline of the pictures. The children explored textures and colors as they tore the sheets, which helped to improve their finger strength and control. This simple yet magical craft encouraged the young learners to express their creativity while also learning to follow spatial boundaries. The Tear and Paste Magic" activity was a successful blend of fun and learning. It not only helped in developing essential early childhood skills but also sparked joy and creativity in our little artists. Activities like these reflect our commitment at MBS International School to provide engaging and meaningful learning experiences for our students.
