Labour Day
“Without Labour, nothing is prosper.” Sophocles
On Thursday, 2 May 2024, Labour Day was celebrated in MBS International School, Dwarka with great enthusiasm and appreciation for the hard work and dedication shown by the school workers. Students from Nursery and Kindergarten came together to show their gratitude by presenting handmade cards to them.
The students put their heart and soul into creating these cards, with colourful drawings and heartfelt messages expressing their appreciation for the work that the school workers do every day. The cards were filled with words of thanks and encouragement, acknowledging the efforts of the maids, security guards, drivers, conductors and other workers who keep our school running smoothly.
It was a heartwarming moment as the workers received the cards with smiles on their faces, feeling appreciated and valued for their contribution to the school community.
Overall, Labour Day was a wonderful opportunity for the school community to come together and show gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the school workers. It was a day filled with warmth, gratitude, and unity, showcasing the spirit of camaraderie and appreciation within our school.
