“You have the right to perform your duties, but never to the fruits of your actions.”
– Lord Krishna
On Friday, 23 August 2024, MBS International School, Dwarka celebrated Janmashtami with great fervour and enthusiasm in the Pre-primary wing. The entire wing was transformed into a vibrant and colourful setting, showcasing various stages of Lord Krishna's life through beautiful decorations.
Each class was meticulously designed to represent a scene from Krishna's life, while the children arrived dressed as little Krishnas and Radha’s, adding to the festive atmosphere. Classrooms were adorned with peacock feathers and images of Lord Krishna, creating an immersive experience.
The celebration began with a solemn Puja Ceremony, setting a reverent tone for the occasion. This was followed by engaging storytelling sessions, where teachers narrated tales of Krishna's birth, mischief, and bravery, captivating the young audience.
