Studying may be stressful for some students and at the same time it may be pleasurable for others. Occasionally the stress may be good and occasionally it perhaps bad for your health. You must be thinking how is it pleasurable? Well, that is what we will learn in this blog.

5 tips for Stress-free study

Let me tell you a fact, students become stressed-out when they don't study the entire year and study a day before exams. This is what you must be doing. So, here are some tips which you can follow for effective study:-
 

  1. Plan before

Do proper planning before studying by making to-do list as planning makes you do the task assigned in time limit and you get satisfied that you are prepared before your examination and tests. Later, you can revise for 10 to 20 minutes and go for an exam or a test which will save your time.

  1. Take small breaks

Taking breaks helps you to get energy. Take small breaks for 5 minutes after every study hour as it helps you to restore your energy back and it increases your memorization power.

  1. Zero percent distractions

From my experience never keep distractions near

your study space. People suppose that major distractions for a pupil are mobile phones, tabs or laptops but I feel that other than these, foods are major distractions. Most of the time students eat while studying. But while eating one cannot study as the mind gets diverted towards eating.

  1. How to learn important years

Well, this is something that most of you find difficult. But, you can learn the important years of history or political science fluently. Just try to relate them with your friends, family, siblings or cousins' birthday dates. It really helps me and it will work for you too.

  1. Learning difficulties

Learning big paragraphs may be delicate so make your own notes or make pointers, i.e, write small points to learn the answers. Learn small points and frame your own answer using those points in your exam.

Stress-free study is something that everyone wants. Don't take stress while studying. Bury some motivational quotations, believe in yourself and start studying. These Stress-free techniques will make you feel better and you will enjoy your own company.
