“The first day of school is the first step towards a bright and beautiful future.”

The students of Nursery and Kindergarten joyfully began their school journey on 2nd April 2026 with great excitement and enthusiasm. The day was thoughtfully planned to make the children feel comfortable, happy, and welcomed in their new environment.

The day started with a warm welcome, where teachers greeted the students with smiles and kindness, helping them settle  easily. The cheerful atmosphere made the children feel safe and encouraged them to explore their surroundings with confidence.

A variety of fun-filled activities were organized to engage the young learners. The children enjoyed clay play, where they created different shapes and figures, enhancing their creativity and fine motor skills. This was followed by a lively dance session, where students expressed their joy through movement and music.

The excitement continued as the children participated in outdoor games, allowing them to play freely, interact with their peers, and develop social skills. They also took part in a delightful painting activity, where they used colours to express their imagination and creativity.

The day was filled with laughter, joy, and new experiences. Teachers ensured that every child felt comfortable and supported throughout the day.

The first day of school was a memorable and happy experience for all the students, marking the beginning of a wonderful learning journey.

To encourage creativity and self-expression among students, a “Name Art Poster Making” Activity was organised for the students of Class II at MBS International School on 02 April 2026.

Children participated with great enthusiasm and interest. They wrote their names in bold and clear letters on A-4 sheets and decorated them beautifully using colours, stickers, and creative patterns. Each poster reflected the individuality and imagination of the students.

The activity not only enhanced the artistic and fine motor skills of the students but also helped in developing their presentation skills and confidence. It provided a joyful learning experience and allowed students to express themselves creatively.

The Name Art Poster Making Activity was a great success, as it combined learning with creativity and made the classroom environment lively and engaging.

                                Acclimatisation Day

“Every big journey begins with a small, brave step.”

Starting Nursery and Kindergarten is a big milestone for little learners, and to make this transition smooth, fun, and comforting, an acclimatisation day was conducted for our little stars on April 01, 2026.

The day allowed children to gradually adjust to the new environment, build relationships with teachers and peers, and become comfortable with daily routines.

Throughout the acclimatisation day, children were engaged in a variety of fun and comforting activities, including welcome activities, free play, storytelling and rhymes, outdoor play, music and dance, interacting with cute cartoon characters, and much more.

Many children showed excitement and curiosity about the new environment, while some experienced initial hesitation but gradually gained confidence. Parents expressed appreciation for the gradual transition, which helped ease separation anxiety.

We look forward to a wonderful year of growth, learning, and joy!
